Here is the draft law for the legalization of cannabis in Italy

The parliamentary intergroup for the legalization of cannabis has developed the cornerstones of the draft law to be presented to the rooms: the right to self, cannabis social club on the Spanish model, and state monopoly with regard to sales. Some details may change in future meetings, but the general structure of the bill will be this.

Objective Intergroup (which exceeded 150 accessions between MPs and senators of various opinions) to turn the draft into a real bill as soon as possible and look for the scheduling for the parliamentary debate before the summer.

Friday Funny: Dealer not guilty because marijuana wilted

A drug dealer whose marijuana seedlings were found to be wilted can’t be convicted of trafficking.

This is according to Italy’s Court of Cassation, which recently upheld the appeal by a man who was convicted by first and second grade courts for the offence of growing, trafficking and possession of illicit drugs. The high court judges, however, pointed out that the bad vegetative state of the four plants found on the accused’s balcony meant that the police could not verify “the effective offensiveness of the actual alleged cultivation.”

Cannabis May Cure Celiac Disease

Celiac disease can be devastating to those who suffer from it, but evidence suggests that there is a natural plant treatment that can mitigate or even cure the ailment: cannabis.

People who have celiac suffer from autoimmune attacks on their small intestine after eating glucose, which can lead to pain and an inability to absorb nutrients, as well as diabetes, multiple sclerosis and cancer over the long term.

Gluten is ubiquitous in the Western diet and people who take pains to avoid eating it are still likely to consume some by accident on occasion, and even in small amounts gluten can lead to extremely painful and embarrassing episodes. Fortunately, marijuana may be able to help.

He regards cannabis as the most medicinally active plant on the face of the earth, and shared this apparent miracle with others — completely free of charge.
